
The tariff for 2008 is a weekly rate of £350 at any time of the year.
Short breaks, out of season or last minute, are charged at £50 per night plus £50.
When making a provisional booking we will reserve that time for seven days until we receive payment of the deposit or the full amount. We request a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week, or £50 for a short break, or, if your holiday is within six weeks, the full amount, the balance of your payment to be paid six weeks before the start of your holiday.
If it is necessary to cancel your holiday at any time, no balance will be due or, if already paid, it will be refunded. The deposit is not refundable.
The Lodge will be available from 4.00 p.m. on the agreed Saturday and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the agreed departure date, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us.
We regret that we cannot allow pets.
In consideration for all our guests, we would ask that if you wish to smoke that you do so only outside the property.
Please inform us if something is damaged, broken or not working during your holiday in order that repairs can be organised as soon as possible.
All are included in the rental cost.
The Lodge is serviced by a septic tank, and, therefore, only things that pass through your body and toilet paper should go through the system. Blockages can be a nightmare!
The Lodge will be clean on your arrival and we ask that it is left clean and tidy on your departure.
